Susan Lin

Susan is an Partner at Felix Capital, and spends her time looking at products and platforms empowering people to better health and productivity, as well as creative, community led brands.

Over the past 15 years, Susan has advised, invested and worked in a range of consumer and technology companies in their journeys to grow and scale. Susan joined Felix Capital in 2019 from HgCapital, a London based private equity and growth equity fund where she focused on software investments and portfolio companies.

Susan started her career as a management consultant at Bain & Company in San Francisco and London. She has also worked as an operator in 2 start-ups (she was Director of Partner Strategy at AppDirect, and worked in marketing at Plated), and founded her own startup in the social commerce space.

Susan is Australian Chinese and lives in London with her husband and son. She graduated with honours from the University of Pennsylvania and received her MBA from the Stanford Graduate School of Business.
