In this role, he oversees all legal affairs and works on the overall strategy of the company as part of the C-level management team.

In particular, he also advises on and negotiates all financings (EUR 700 mn raised so far) and acquisitions (Fox Education, Seneca Learning, Tus Media and Studienkreis).
