Kathrin Anselm
Kathrin Anselm is a Managing Director at Airbnb responsible for the DACH and CEE region. She also co-leads Airbnb's efforts in providing temporary housing for > 150,000 refugees from Ukraine.
Kathrin started her career in management consulting at Oliver Wyman and later helped build the dating platform One2like, which was acquired by Parship. Her other career milestones prior to joining Airbnb include ProSiebenSat.1, Rocket Internet, limango (Otto Group) and the UK delivery service Deliveroo.
Between 2020 and 2023, Kathrin sat on the Advisory Board at Decathlon Germany.
She was named as 'Top 50 Women in Tech' by Handelsblatt, 'DACH Leaders' by Forbes Magazine and 'Top 100 Women in 2021' by Focus Magazin.
